Labelling

Paid or promoted listings are clearly labelled as such.

RERA requirements

Advertisements for real-estate projects that require RERA registration must display the project’s registration number and the relevant RERA authority’s website, in line with applicable rules. We do not accept advertisements for projects that should be registered but are not.

What we do not accept

• Misleading claims about approvals, returns or prices.
• Guaranteed-return or assured-appreciation claims.
• Advertisements for pre-launch sales that are not permitted under RERA.
