What we show
Where a project is registered, we display its RERA registration number and the name and website of the state RERA authority, so you can check the registration yourself.
Labels we use
RERA registered: we have the registration number and have checked it on the authority’s website.
RERA details available: the developer has provided registration details that we are displaying.
Registration information awaited / RERA details awaited: we do not yet have registration details.
Proposed project: an announced project that may not yet be registered.
Information compiled from public sources: details gathered from public reports rather than the developer or authority.
What we never do
We never describe a project as “RERA approved”. RERA registration is not an approval of the project’s quality or an endorsement.
